Retrofit solution for Bambu AMS - SUNLU AMS Heater
The SUNLU AMS Heater is a cost-effective upgrade for users of the Bambu Lab AMS Version 1. It keeps filament dry during printing by heating all four spools simultaneously to approximately 55–65 °C. Installation is simple, involving the replacement of the AMS cover and direct connection to the existing system. Unlike premium options like the Eibos Tetras, however, it lacks individual temperature control, which limits flexibility when using mixed materials. Although it is effective for users printing with a single filament type, the uniform heating and lack of active airflow may affect performance with sensitive filaments like TPU. Community modifications can improve airflow, but they will void the warranty.
