SUNLU Nylon-6 Glass Fiber (PA6-GF) Filament

PA6 with 25% glass fiber content, high temperature resistance up to 214 °C (417 °F). Technical Spool System: Features a reusable, heat-resistant spool for direct drying. Withstands drying temperatures of up to 110 °C (230 °F) to ensure optimal filament performance right on the reel.

Defy extreme heat

Engineered to maintain structural integrity and rigidity at continuous temperatures of up to 214 °C (417 °F). The top choice for under-the-hood automotive parts, electrical housings, and high-temperature industrial tools.

Unrivaled robustness and strength

Offers excellent mechanical properties with superior impact and drop resistance. Exceptional layer adhesion ensures prints withstand rough handling without breaking – developed for rugged industrial use.

Superior chemical resistance

Formulated with 25% glass fibers for exceptional resistance to aggressive acids, fuels, and industrial solvents. Developed for demanding applications such as chemical valves, fuel systems, and industrial equipment prone to corrosion.

Important printing instructions

DRYING IS CRUCIAL: Dry the object immediately after opening and after exposure of more than 6 hours for 4 hours at 110 °C. Secure bed adhesion: Apply bed adhesive (e.g., glue stick) to prevent warping. Protect your nozzle: Copper nozzles wear out quickly. Mandatory: Use abrasion-resistant nozzles (e.g., hardened steel).

Why are shipping costs of several hundred dollars displayed at checkout?

You have selected the wrong country/region. Please return to the product page, click on the correct country or region you are located in, and then select the product to proceed to checkout.

We can only ship from the warehouse in the corresponding country/region and cannot ship across country or region borders.

Are our filaments (such as PLA, PLA+, etc.) food-safe?

PLA is a food-safe material, but toner is added to the filament during the production process, and it can also become contaminated by the print nozzle during the printing process. Therefore, we do not recommend using PLA for printing tableware.
