SUNLU Nylon-6 Carbon Fiber (PA6-CF) Filament

SUNLU PA6-CF nylon filament combines 80% PA with 20% carbon fiber, offering remarkable rigidity, strength, and heat resistance. It features excellent layer adhesion, making it ideal for demanding applications.

The SUNLU PA6-CF nylon filament combines 80% PA with 20% carbon fiber, offering remarkable rigidity, strength, and heat resistance. It features excellent layer adhesion, making it ideal for demanding applications.

High strength and rigidity: Carbon fiber reinforcement significantly increases rigidity and reduces deformation, even under mechanical load.

With a heat deflection temperature of up to 209 °C, which is significantly higher than that of Easy PA, PC, or ASA, PA6-CF is ideal for high-temperature applications such as automotive exhaust pipes, engine covers, pot handles, and kettle bases.

[Important Notes]
1. Dry the filament before use: 24 hours at 80 °C or 4 hours at 110 °C. 2. Use an abrasion-resistant nozzle (e.g., hardened steel) to prevent wear caused by the carbon fiber content of the filament.

Why are shipping costs of several hundred dollars displayed during checkout?

You have selected the wrong country/region. Please return to the product page, click on the correct country or region you are located in, and then select the product to proceed to checkout.

We can only ship from the warehouse in the corresponding country/region and cannot ship across country or region borders.

Are our filaments (such as PLA, PLA+, etc.) food-safe?

PLA is a food-safe material, but toner is added to the filament during the production process, and it can also become contaminated by the print nozzle during the printing process. Therefore, we do not recommend using PLA for printing tableware.
