2. Who is eligible to join the SUNLU Points Rewards Program?

Anyone over the age of 13 in the EU or over the age of 14 in the US (or the age required by local law) can join the program.

3. How can I sign up for the SUNLU rewards program?

If you already have an account in the official SUNLU online shop (de.store.sunlu.com) (“SUNLU DE Store”), you are already signed up. Simply log in to your account. If you do not have an account yet, register for a SUNLU points account to start earning rewards.

Note: You must be registered for the SUNLU points rewards program to earn SUNLU points.

4. Is there any cost associated with participating in the SUNLU points reward program?

No, participation in the rewards program is free of charge.

5. Do my premiums, benefits, and SUNLU points have a monetary value?

No. The rewards, benefits, and SUNLU points collected as part of the loyalty program have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other persons. Please note that SUNLU points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

6. Can I merge two different SUNLU accounts?

No, SUNLU points collected on different accounts cannot be combined or added together under any circumstances.

1. Where can I collect SUNLU points?

SUNLU points can be collected in the official SUNLU online shop (de.store.sunlu.com) (“SUNLU DE Store”). To collect SUNLU points, you must be logged into your SUNLU account at the time of purchase or perform other eligible actions that qualify for rewards.

2. How can I collect SUNLU points?

You can collect SUNLU points in the following ways: Make a purchase in the official SUNLU online shop (store.sunlu.com) ("SUNLU Shop") while logged in. Complete one-time reward tasks such as registering an account, completing your profile, subscribing to SUNLU emails, or making your first purchase in the official SUNLU online shop (store.sunlu.com) ("SUNLU Shop")

3. When will I receive my SUNLU points?

Purchases on the website and associated tasks: Credits will be posted approximately 30 days after successful payment. (Note: This applies to all shopping rewards, including the first purchase.)

Other one-time tasks: Credits will be posted immediately upon completion of the task.

4. What should I do if I believe that my SUNLU points have not been credited to my account correctly?

5. Do SUNLU points have an expiration date?

Yes. SUNLU points collected after the start date expire one year after they are unlocked. Expired SUNLU points will be deducted from your account.

1. How can I redeem my SUNLU points for products?

To redeem your SUNLU points, log in to your account and go to the "Redeem SUNLU points" section. Select the desired product and click on "Redeem now." Then enter your shipping details and submit your request.

2. How can I track my redeemed products?

a. Check the order number of your redeemed products in the "My Rewards" section. Click on the order number to go to the "My Account" page and track the delivery status of your package.

b. After redeeming, you will receive an order confirmation via email. As soon as the redeemed product has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email containing the tracking number.

3. Do I have to pay for the shipping of the redeemed products?

In most cases, we offer free shipping for redeemed products. However, there may be instances where shipping costs apply to certain products.

4. Can I cancel, return, or exchange redeemed products?

No, once you have confirmed the redemption, you can no longer cancel, return, or exchange the product. Please check your selection carefully before confirming the redemption. If the products arrive damaged, please contact SUNLU customer service at sales02@sunlu.com within 7 days.

5. Can redeemed products be shipped together with products I have purchased from SUNLU?

No, redeemed products are shipped separately.

6. Can I determine the shipping date for redeemed products myself?

No, the redeemed product will be shipped as soon as you have confirmed the redemption.

SUNLU Plus Member

1. Who can become a Plus member, and how does a Plus member differ from a regular member?

The SUNLU Points Rewards Program was created to show our appreciation to all SUNLU fans. We offer our members first-class benefits, exceptional service, and the latest information – all free of charge.

SUNLU Plus membership is our paid premium subscription, offering additional benefits such as free next-day delivery vouchers, extended warranties, and higher member discounts.

2. Can I merge multiple SUNLU accounts into one Plus membership account?

It is not possible to merge multiple SUNLU accounts into a single Plus membership account. The accounts are separate and non-transferable. The Plus membership account is linked to the account through which you paid the membership fee.

3. Can my Plus membership status expire?

The fee for the SUNLU Plus membership is based on an auto-renewal subscription model. We will notify you via email before your membership expires and will automatically renew your membership for the following period after the current term ends.

4. How can I use the “Worry-Free Purchase” service?

As a SUNLU Plus member, you can take full advantage of "Worry-Free Shopping" throughout the entire duration of your active membership.

5. How can I manage or cancel my membership?

The Plus membership takes effect immediately after purchase and is non-refundable. You can cancel future renewals of your Plus membership via your user account.

7. How can I claim the extended warranty service?

As an annual SUNLU Plus member, you are entitled to the "Extended Warranty Service." Please note that this benefit only applies to items purchased during the term of your Plus membership. Purchases made outside of your membership period are excluded from the warranty extension.
