SUNLU Plus Membership Terms and Conditions

These SUNLU Plus Membership Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you ("you" or "User") and the SUNLU Online Store (store.sunlu.com) and its affiliates (collectively "SUNLU," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern the use of your SUNLU Plus membership.

Please note that the use of the SUNLU Online Store (store.sunlu.com) and your SUNLU Plus membership is additionally subject to other applicable terms, policies, restrictions, and requirements published and linked on the SUNLU Online Store. These apply in their current version and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Eligibility

The SUNLU Plus membership is available exclusively to individuals who have a registered SUNLU user account in good standing. You can check your eligibility to subscribe on the member page.

To successfully subscribe (including renewal and re-registration), you must:

1. have a registered SUNLU user account and have completed email verification;

2. apply for the SUNLU Plus membership and pay the applicable membership fee.

Membership Benefits

As a SUNLU Plus member, you receive access to special benefits, such as shipping vouchers, additional SUNLU Points on qualifying purchases, extra product discounts, extended warranty options, and other exclusive member offers. These benefits apply exclusively to orders in the SUNLU Online Store (store.sunlu.com).

SUNLU Points Rewards

After joining the SUNLU Plus membership, you will earn SUNLU Points at a higher rate than non-members. These bonus points are in addition to any ongoing SUNLU Points promotions at the time of your purchase. Details on earning rates and thresholds can be found in your personal member account.

Important Notes

• For the latest information on reward benefits, please consult your member account or the “SUNLU Points Rewards Terms & Conditions”.

• Pay attention to the expiration dates of your SUNLU Points and redeem them before they expire.

• Expired SUNLU Points cannot be redeemed or otherwise used.

Extended Warranty & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

As an annual SUNLU Plus member, you are entitled to the following benefits:

Benefit	Description
Additional Warranty Extension	Extends the original warranty for eligible products purchased on SUNLU.com by an additional 6 months. The applicable warranty policy applies.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee	Once per year, SUNLU offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, including covered return shipping costs, subject to the terms of the corresponding return policy.

Important

• The additional SUNLU Plus warranty extension cannot be combined or stacked with other warranty extension offers.

• The aforementioned benefits only apply to annual SUNLU Plus memberships. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for these.

• Information on upgrade options can be found on the SUNLU Plus member page.

Additional Discounts and Benefits

In addition to the core benefits, SUNLU may offer further exclusive member discounts at its own discretion. Such offers will be published on the website from time to time and are valid only during your current membership term.

SUNLU also reserves the right to introduce new member benefits at any time. If additional benefits are added, they will be available to all active SUNLU Plus members from the announced effective date until the end of their respective membership term.

Membership Fees

The subscription fee for the SUNLU Plus membership corresponds to the amount displayed on our website or app at the time of registration. SUNLU reserves the right to adjust prices and membership plans at its own discretion. Promotional discounts on membership may be offered from time to time.

If you are already a member, subsequent price changes will not apply retroactively to your current membership. If the membership fee is reduced after your purchase, there is no entitlement to a refund.

SUNLU may also offer time-limited discounts or exclusive coupons, through which the SUNLU Plus membership is available at a reduced price.

Note

SUNLU Plus is managed as a recurring subscription with automatic renewal. You will receive an email notification before your membership expires. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, the membership will automatically renew for the next billing cycle.

Membership Term and Termination

Membership Duration

Your SUNLU Plus membership becomes effective immediately upon successful payment. The term depends on the plan you have chosen (monthly or annual). You can view your current term in your member account.

Note

Only one membership term can be active at a time. If multiple plans are purchased, each plan begins on its own purchase date; terms are not combined or stacked.

Pausing and Canceling

You can pause or cancel your SUNLU Plus membership at any time.

Action	Effect
Pause	Billing ends at the end of the current billing cycle. Membership benefits are not available during the pause. Resumption is possible at any time in accordance with the previously selected plan.
Cancel	Billing ends at the end of the current billing cycle, and all membership benefits will no longer be available thereafter. Reactivation is possible at any time through a new purchase.

Important Note

Once a cancellation confirmation has become effective, the membership, along with all associated benefits, ends at the end of the current billing cycle, unless expressly stated otherwise.
