The light source design, exposure time, and other printing parameters of different brands of resin 3D printers vary. The SUNLU 3D printer resin composition ratio designed for the Photon is special; it is most compatible with Photon resin printing parameters.
1. Environmental conditions: 20-30°C ambient temperature; do not print near windows or in other environments exposed to UV light, and keep away from children and pregnant women.
3. Wear nitrile gloves and a protective mask when using the resin and keep the room ventilated.
4. Residue on the surface of 3D-printed resin parts can be washed off with alcohol at a concentration of 95% or higher; it is recommended that the cleaning process take no longer than 1 minute.
5. Pores and other details where alcohol cannot easily clean can be treated using an ultrasonic cleaner or by using syringes filled with alcohol; alcohol should not be reused too often to ensure its purity, as the concentration of impure alcohol will cause the model to turn white and lead to unclean washing. The specific cleaning time is determined by when the surface of the resin parts no longer feels sticky and there is no resin in the pores.
6. After cleaning, let the remaining alcohol drip off or blow dry, then place the model under UV light or sunlight and irradiate all parts of the model evenly until the surface of the resin parts feels dry and hard enough.
7. Use hand sanitizer or dish soap to wash off resin residue from the skin, but try not to touch resin residue washed off with alcohol with your hands.
8. Should the resin accidentally get into your eyes or mouth, wash it out immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice if you feel unwell.
The thickened aluminum bottle is fully protected from light. The leak-proof bottle is completely wrapped in a plastic bag to ensure the resin stays in place.

PLA is a food-safe material, but toner is added to the filament during the production process, and it can also become contaminated by the print nozzle during the printing process. Therefore, we do not recommend using PLA for printing tableware.
