SUNLU ABS-GF Filament
Addressing the challenges of conventional ABS materials, such as weak interlayer adhesion, warping, and limited mechanical performance, the SUNLU Engineering Lab introduces the revolutionary glass fiber-reinforced material ABS-GF, providing the ultimate solution for professional users and industrial applications.
By overcoming the limitations of conventional ABS layer bonding, a three-dimensional anchoring network of glass fibers is created. The randomly distributed fibers act like micrometer-scale chains, mechanically connecting adjacent print layers into a single unit. This ensures absolute structural integrity even in the most complex geometric designs.
The innovative use of glass fibers creates an efficient heat conduction network that ensures uniform heat distribution throughout the entire printing process. The rate of internal temperature increase is reduced by 30%, ensuring even curing of each layer and completely preventing warping and cracking caused by thermal stress differences.
Thanks to its optimized thermal stability, it is ideal for high-temperature applications such as automotive components, functional prototypes, and industrial tools. It maintains its dimensional stability and mechanical properties even under sustained high temperatures.
Far superior to conventional ABS: Flexural strength increases by 63% to 90 MPa, and tensile strength improves by 28.5% to 54 MPa. The 10% glass fiber reinforcement not only increases structural rigidity but also forms a heat conduction network, significantly increasing heat deflection temperature.

Are our filaments (such as PLA, PLA+, etc.) food-safe?
Are our filaments (such as PLA, PLA+, etc.) food-safe?
PLA is a food-safe material, but toner is added to the filament during the production process, and it can also become contaminated by the print nozzle during the printing process. Therefore, we recommend that you do not use PLA for printing tableware.
