SUNLU TPU Filament

Available in 90A and 95A hardness levels, with excellent tear strength and high elasticity, even complex designs can bend, stretch, and absorb shocks without breaking.
The soft and highly elastic TPU is characterized by its exceptional flexibility combined with impressive robustness. Even under heavy compression, it quickly returns to its original shape, thus offering reliable performance for applications that require durability, resilience, and lasting elasticity.
90A: The perfect balance of high elasticity and abrasion resistance
Offers excellent cushioning and support, making it ideal for applications requiring increased softness and resilience. With 99.9% effective antibacterial and anti-mold protection, it stays cleaner and fresher – for long-lasting and hygienic use.
95A: Flexible yet robust
Manufactured from high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane, TPU 95A offers the ideal balance between flexibility and strength. With excellent impact and abrasion resistance, it is perfectly suited for sports equipment, wearables, and components subject to mechanical stress.
Reliable Printing Performance
Precise diameter control (±0.02 mm) ensures consistent material flow and consistently high print quality. Fully compatible with most FDM 3D printers, including Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa, Anycubic, and many more.

Are our filaments (such as PLA, PLA+, etc.) food-safe?
PLA is a food-safe material, but toner is added to the filament during the production process, and it can also become contaminated by the print nozzle during the printing process. Therefore, we do not recommend using PLA for printing tableware.
