SUNLU PC Filament
SUNLU PC filament offers exceptional toughness and high impact resistance (up to 35±5 kJ/m²), combined with reliable heat resistance of up to 101±2 °C, making it ideal for demanding functional and industrial applications. It is engineered for stable printing at high temperatures of 260–280 °C and provides strong layer adhesion, minimal warping, and excellent dimensional stability when used in an enclosed chamber. Thanks to its resistance to drops, heat, and long-term mechanical stress, SUNLU PC is a reliable choice for durable tools, outdoor parts, and high-performance components.
SUNLU's high-strength PC material features excellent impact resistance with a notched impact strength of 35±5 kJ/m² and is characterized by remarkable drop and shock resistance to withstand the rigors of daily use.
SUNLU PC filament with a heat deflection temperature of up to 101±2°C. This material maintains its shape without deformation at high temperatures, effectively preventing issues such as warping and softening caused by elevated temperatures. It provides a reliable material solution for demanding applications with strict temperature requirements, making it the ideal choice for high-temperature industrial environments, precision equipment manufacturing, and similar fields.
Optimized for high-temperature materials, it melts stably at over 260 °C and offers excellent rigidity and heat resistance. A strict speed of ≤190 mm/s ensures perfect extrusion and adhesion – without clogs, warping, or cracking. Ideal for high-temperature industrial parts and robust functional models.

Are our filaments (such as PLA, PLA+, etc.) food-safe?
Are our filaments (such as PLA, PLA+, etc.) food-safe?
PLA is a food-safe material, but toner is added to the filament during the production process, and it can also become contaminated by the print nozzle during the printing process. Therefore, we do not recommend using PLA for printing tableware.
