SUNLU PEEK Filament

SUNLU PEEK is a high-quality engineering filament characterized by excellent heat resistance (HDT up to 147 °C), high strength and toughness, superior chemical resistance, self-lubricating properties, and V0 flame retardancy. It was developed for extreme industrial environments and offers reliable, long-term performance for high-end technical applications.

SUNLU PEEK (polyetheretherketone) filament stands at the pinnacle of the plastics pyramid, offering outstanding strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance. It is suitable for continuous operation at 240 °C and even for short periods at over 300 °C, making it ideal for industrial applications where other materials fail.

With a glass transition temperature of 143 °C and a heat deflection temperature of 147 °C, PEEK is ideally suited for use in high-temperature environments. Its exceptional chemical resistance ensures high durability against acids, bases, and solvents – perfect for components in the aerospace, automotive, and electronics industries.

Warning | Read before purchase:

PEEK filament is extremely difficult to print and is only suitable for experienced users. Please ensure that you already have experience with this material. An industrial-grade 3D printer with a high-temperature hotend, a heated chamber, and a controlled environment is required. Consumer-grade printers are not suitable, and attempting to use them may result in damage to the equipment. Do not proceed until you fully understand the requirements of the material.

Why are shipping costs of several hundred dollars displayed during checkout?

You have selected the wrong country/region. Please return to the product page, click on the correct country or region you are located in, and then select the product to proceed to checkout.

We can only ship from the warehouse in the corresponding country/region and cannot ship across countries or regions.

Are our filaments (such as PLA, PLA+, etc.) food-safe?

PLA is a food-safe material, but toner is added to the filament during the production process, and it can also become contaminated by the print nozzle during the printing process. Therefore, we do not recommend using PLA for printing tableware.
