This SUNLU AMS heater is compatible with the Bambu Lab AMS – Automatic Material System.

Drying and printing happen simultaneously. This is a heating device used to upgrade the top cover of the AMS. Compared to the conventional printing process with the AMS, which requires drying before printing, the upgraded version allows for simultaneous printing and drying.

Intelligent humidity monitoring:
① Default heating temperature in humidity mode: 55 °C – users can set and save the temperature.
② Default operating time: 6 hours.
③ After the countdown expires, the device does not turn off, but automatically begins heating if the humidity rises to 50% and stops heating when the humidity drops to 20%.
④ In rH mode, users can set the humidity (range: 25%–50%).
After setting, the humidity will automatically start with this set value.

PTC heating. Two-stage protection with temperature control switch. Software-based intelligent temperature control, real-time temperature monitoring, and automatic control of the heating system. About the rH mode
When the AMS heater is in "rH mode," the display remains on after the countdown expires, and the "Time" display shows "Close."
In "rH mode," the default humidity threshold is set to 50%. When the humidity exceeds 50%, the AMS heater begins to heat.
Users can adjust the activation threshold for "rH mode" as needed within a range of 25% to 50%.
For example, if 25% is set, heating will be activated as soon as the humidity exceeds 25%. When the humidity drops to 20%, the AMS heater stops heating and switches to standby mode.

- When opening this product, only lift it to the intended stop position. Pay attention to the opening angle and force to avoid damage caused by excessive movement.
- To achieve optimal drying results, do not open the AMS heater during the drying process.
- If the ambient temperature is below 10 °C, it is normal for the heating to be slow or for the actual temperature inside the chamber to be slightly lower than the displayed temperature.
- If you set the operating temperature to 70 °C, please ensure that the filament spool has a temperature tolerance of more than 70 °C to avoid deformation.

- Keep the SUNLU AMS heater out of reach of children. Pay attention to electrical safety during operation. Do not use this product near water, e.g., in bathrooms, bathtubs, sinks, and other places where water is easily accessible.
- Please use the original power cord or a power cord that meets safety certification requirements.
- When not using this product, please turn off the power to avoid a sudden fire.
- Do not place the product on objects that are sensitive to temperature during operation.
- Do not touch the heater or the fan inside the housing while the product is operating to avoid burns. When drying filaments, the top cover of the drying housing should be closed to prevent heat loss. Avoid moving this product during normal operation to prevent burns from the high temperature of the outer surface.
- Please do not block the internal air intake and outlet to avoid abnormal heat buildup.
- If the product is not working properly, please turn off the power supply and unplug the power cord from the outlet. Then contact customer service (support@sunlu.com).
