The past 365 days have been a journey of steady growth and tireless commitment—a year in which we walked side by side with creators across the globe and witnessed inspiration turn into reality. SUNLU’s 2025 growth – expressed in numbers
20 colors comprehensively optimized and renewed
This year, we observed that user requirements and standards for multicolor 3D printing have been continuously rising. SUNLU is responding to these expectations with a comprehensive color upgrade: the PLA series has been expanded to include 20 newly optimized and updated colors, offering standardized color solutions based on scientific principles.
By applying the globally recognized PANTONE color standards, we were able to significantly reduce the time spent on color matching. At the same time, through intensive user research, we have developed several colors that appear particularly natural and realistic. These have been widely recognized by users—proof that the true value of color lies in its authenticity.
7 new technical materials launched
In 2025, SUNLU further increased its investments in the research and development of technical materials and introduced several high-performance materials throughout the year, including PEEK, PA12-CF, PA6-GF, flame-retardant ABS, PC-ABS, PC, and ABS-GF.
SUNLU is committed to providing more reliable and powerful material solutions for industrial manufacturing.
We are collaborating with @HuDrive on the manufacturing of a high-performance vehicle. Central structural components consist of technical materials and drying solutions from SUNLU. Key vehicle parts, such as the dashboard and turbocharger air ducts, achieve higher structural strength and improved high-temperature stability through material upgrades. In doing so, they are setting new benchmarks for lightweight construction and reliability in the transport sector.
This collaboration represents not only a breakthrough in material performance but is also compelling proof of the reliability and adaptability of SUNLU engineering materials in demanding, high-end manufacturing scenarios. When technological innovation is truly integrated into industrial requirements, it can create a stable foundation for advanced manufacturing.
3 new FilaDryers – precise solutions for all application scenarios
This year, SUNLU developed three new filament drying boxes that cover various needs, from beginners to professionals:

AMS Heater – an upgrade heating module specifically developed for users of the first AMS generation

FilaDryer E2 – with drying and annealing functions, the first choice for engineering enthusiasts

FilaDryer SP2 – with a modular design for combining drying and storage, ideal for organized 3D printing fans
During the pre-sale phase, 14,704 units of the AMS Heater were sold worldwide. Thanks to its outstanding performance, it has become the preferred upgrade solution for first-generation AMS users and has attracted great attention in the 3D printing community.
6 international trade fairs – close connection between industry and users
In 2025, SUNLU actively participated in six major international trade fairs: RAPID + TCT, Formnext Frankfurt, Formnext Asia, TCT ASIA, 3D Print, and Luzern Messe.
Through live demonstrations, professional exchanges, and direct contact with users, we not only presented our latest material and equipment solutions but also listened attentively to genuine feedback from industrial practice and the maker community.
Each trade fair was a window for SUNLU to understand user needs and a valuable opportunity to continuously optimize products and further develop technologies in a practical manner. From demonstrations to dialogues—we are always moving forward together with the industry.
12th Anniversary | We believe, so we see
In July 2025, SUNLU celebrated its 12th anniversary. Over these twelve years, we have consistently adhered to the "User First" philosophy and have always kept creators at the heart of everything we do.
We have continuously invested in research, development, and production, built three major production bases in East China, South China, and Vietnam, established an operations center in Germany, and founded an Engineering Technology Research Center. Step by step, we have transformed our beliefs into sustainable competitiveness.
