The brand-new Sunlu AMS Heater allows Bambu Lab users to dry and print filament simultaneously. This represents a significant improvement over their current AMS systems – with an installation time of just two minutes.
Thanks to its efficient heating, it reaches 70 °C in just 20 minutes. This simplifies the workflow and enables multi-color printing without requiring additional space. It ensures successful prints and efficient storage.
With its reliable fan heater, it provides even, constant, and consistent drying. The intelligent humidity control monitors the internal humidity of the AMS in real time and automatically activates dehumidification to maintain a consistently low humidity level for the filaments. The PTC heating element serves as an additional secondary safety switch and, along with the fan heater, is continuously monitored by software-based temperature control, eliminating the risk of filament deformation or damage. During operation, the AMS Heater maintains a constant temperature. However, if there are abnormal or irregular changes, the device triggers an alarm.
