[Easy-to-smooth surface with alcohol] SUNLU PVB (Polyvinyl Butyral) filament 0.9kg prints under similar conditions to SUNLU 3D filament 1.75 PLA, and it can also be easily smoothed by spraying alcohol (IPA 99%) onto the model. The IPA slightly dissolves the outer shell of the print, leaving a smooth and glossy surface. Say goodbye to layer lines!
[Consistent quality] SUNLU has strict process control of PVB filament 1.75mm +/- 0.02mm diameter and its melting point, etc., to ensure that every roll of filament has good & consistent quality. No warping, no clogging, no blobs, or delamination issues. SUNLU PVB filament is a worry-free, smoothable 3D printer filament in black that has great bed adhesion, very consistent color, and dimensional accuracy.
[Excellent mechanical performance] SUNLU PVB filament 0.9kg has excellent mechanical performance, allowing you to use it like injection-molded parts. The level of surface smoothness depends on how you apply alcohol to the 3D-printed parts. You can use a mist spray, wipe alcohol onto it, or dip the parts in alcohol.
[Tangle-free & Vacuum-packed] SUNLU PVB filament is carefully wound to avoid tangles, dried, and vacuum-sealed in a resealable ziplock bag with desiccant. Please ensure you NEVER let go of the tip of the filament, as this can lead to knots. The holes on the side of the spool can be used to prevent this issue. PVB filament absorbs moisture more easily than regular PLA, so it is recommended to use a dryer (such as the SUNLU S1PLUS, S2, S4) when using PVB filament.
[Wide application] A smooth and glossy surface as well as good mechanical performance make SUNLU PVB filament a versatile product. You can use it for fixtures and jigs, artwork and decoration, and some customers even use it as a solution for lost-wax casting.
[Good compatibility] SUNLU PVB filament is highly compatible. It can be used for most FDM 3D printers such as Bambu Lab X1, P1P, A1 series 3D printers, Creality Ender 3 printers, K2, Anycubic 3D printers, Qidi, Flashforge, etc.

PLA is a food-safe material, but toner is added to the filament during the production process, and it can also become contaminated by the print nozzle during the printing process. Therefore, we do not recommend using PLA for printing tableware.
