Please note: This product has been optimized and developed exclusively for the Bambu Lab AMS Lite. It is not compatible with automatic material systems from other brands.

Our full-load validation tests show that the temperature of the AMS Lite internal control board remains below 55°C during continuous operation with the AMS Lite Heater installed.
Compared to the generally accepted benchmark of below 90°C for the long-term operation of electronic PCB assemblies, the measured temperature is well within the recommended safe operating range.
This means: the risk of failure caused by overheating is extremely low. You can use the AMS Lite Heater regularly without having to worry that it will shorten the lifespan of your AMS Lite.

Yes. It was developed specifically for the Bambu Lab AMS Lite system and works with compatible Bambu Lab printers. This SUNLU AMS Lite Heater (AMS Lite enclosure) is only compatible with the Bambu Lab AMS Lite – Automatic Material System Lite.
Please note that this product has been exclusively optimized and upgraded for the Bambu Lab AMS Lite and is not compatible with Automatic Material Systems from other brands.

Which filament types can I dry and how long should I dry them? Can I print while drying?
Yes. The AMS Lite Heater is designed to dry the filament during printing, which reduces moisture-related print defects. The heater supports most common 3D printing filaments, including:
- PLA
- PETG
- ABS
- ASA
- TPU
- PA (Nylon)
- PC
Recommended guidelines:
- PLA: 4–6 hours
- PETG: 4–6 hours
- TPU: 6–8 hours
- ABS/ASA: 4–6 hours
- PA: 8–12 hours
For optimal results, please use the recommended drying temperature for the respective material.
The exact drying time depends on the specific material and the moisture content.

No. When installed correctly, it does not interfere with normal filament feeding or the automatic material change.

- Keep the SUNLU AMS Lite Heater out of the reach of children. Ensure electrical safety during use.
- Do not use this product near water, such as in bathrooms, bathtubs, sinks, or other locations where water is easily accessible.
- Please use the original power cord or a power cord that meets the required safety certifications.
- When not in use, please switch off the power to prevent accidental fires.
- Do not place the product on heat-sensitive objects during operation.
- To avoid burns, do not touch the heating element or the fan inside the housing during operation.
- The top cover should be closed when drying filaments to prevent heat loss.
- Avoid moving the product during normal operation to prevent burns from the high temperature of the outer surface.
- Do not block the internal air inlets and outlets to avoid excessive heat buildup.
- Should the product malfunction, please switch it off, unplug the power cord from the outlet, and contact customer service (support@sunlu.com).
