SUNLU Nylon-12 Carbon Fiber (PA12-CF) Filament
Developed with carbon fiber reinforcement, SUNLU's PA12-CF withstands temperatures of up to 176 °C and ensures stability in demanding environments such as automotive or aerospace applications. It is optimized for printing at 260–280 °C with a 50–70 °C heated bed (use adhesive for adhesion) and delivers reliable performance even under extreme thermal stress.
Unsurpassed Durability & Wear Resistance
This material is designed for intensive use and excels in environments with high stress and friction. Its carbon fiber matrix resists scratches, abrasion, and repeated stress – ideal for functional prototypes, industrial tools, and mechanical components with long-term reliability.
Low moisture absorption, high dimensional accuracy
Minimal hygroscopy ensures consistent print quality and dimensionally stable results, preventing warping and layer shifting. Achieve razor-sharp details and tight tolerances – ideal for precision gears, aerospace components, or complex functional prototypes, every single time.

Printing tips
● Nylon 12 is the nylon material with the lowest water absorption, but due to the properties of nylon, nylon materials are more prone to moisture absorption compared to other materials. Therefore, it should be stored in a dry environment (relative humidity below 20%).
● After the packaging has been opened for 6 hours, the material must be dried before printing. Recommended drying conditions: 80°C for 12 hours or 110°C for 4 hours. It is recommended to apply glue to prevent warping. Set the cooling fan to 70%.
● When printing PA12-CF with copper nozzles, there is increased wear. It is recommended to use wear-resistant nozzles, e.g., hardened steel nozzles.

Are our filaments (such as PLA, PLA+, etc.) food-safe?
Are our filaments (such as PLA, PLA+, etc.) food-safe?
PLA is a food-safe material, but toner is added to the filament during the production process, and it can also become contaminated by the print nozzle during the printing process. Therefore, we recommend that you do not use PLA for printing tableware.
