Efficient Drying

The FilaDryer E2 stands out due to its maximum drying temperature of 110°C, making it the first in the industry to exceed the 80°C threshold. This capability makes it ideal for processing highly moisture-sensitive technical materials such as PA and PC. PA filaments, for example, can be fully dried at 90°C in just 2 to 3 hours, which significantly increases efficiency. With the user-friendly one-touch drying function, the E2 automatically adjusts to the optimal settings for various filament types.

Powerful Annealing

The FilaDryer E2 is more than just a drying box for filament spools; it is a powerful tool for the annealing of finished 3D printed parts. As the first filament dryer to support the annealing of technical prints, it eliminates internal stresses through consistent thermal treatment, which significantly improves mechanical strength and stability. This function is particularly beneficial for high-performance materials such as PA and PC. Users can set the annealing time and temperature according to their specific project requirements to achieve optimal results every time.

Drying larger filament spools

The FilaDryer E2 can accommodate large filament spools and supports up to a 3 kg / 2 kg spool or two 1 kg spools, with a maximum spool size of φ250 mm × 153 mm. This makes the E2 the ideal choice for users who work with larger filament rolls, as it offers the advantage of processing bulk materials without having to change spools frequently.

Heat trapped, tightly sealed

The sealed insulation design of the FilaDryer E2 further optimizes drying performance. With its dual-insulation chamber structure, the E2 effectively traps heat inside while blocking moisture from the outside to ensure a constant and efficient drying process. The combination of silicone seals, magnetic sealing, and an integrated silicone plug completely eliminates the risk of moisture absorption, keeping filaments in optimal condition over long periods. Strong compatibility
The FilaDryer E2 offers exceptional compatibility and easily handles a variety of filament types and specialized applications. It supports filament diameters of φ1.75 mm and 2.85 mm and covers common materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG, and TPU, as well as functional filaments like PA-CF, PA-GF, PC, and ASA. Furthermore, the E2 is capable of supporting specialized applications such as the fast curing of AB resin, providing creators and professionals with more possibilities for their 3D printing projects.

Increased safety
The FilaDryer E2 offers comprehensive safety improvements for worry-free operation. The double-layer insulation structure ensures that even at 110°C, the external temperature remains safely below 60°C. The fan has been upgraded for better heat resistance to ensure stable performance even during prolonged operation at high temperatures. In addition, the E2 is equipped with a temperature control switch and a PTC heater that automatically cuts off the power supply in the event of overheating.
